Course Description

The Customer Service apprenticeship is designed for people who currently work, or want to work, within a customer service role. Candidates may be responsible for offering advice, guidance and support and after care to customers, whilst ensuring that customers receive high quality service at all times.

Requirements

Candidates who don’t have the desired GCSE A-C grade or equivalent in Maths/ English and ICT will need to commit to attend Functional skills classes.

Suitability

This apprenticeship is suitable for a variety of roles within any industry. Some of these include:

  • Customer Service Assistant
  • Customer Service Trainee
  • Customer Service Manager
  • Customer Service Team Leader
  • Customer Service Coordinator
  • Customer Relationship Manager

Qualifications Gained

Depending on the level the candidate completes they will gain a:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service, or
  • Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

Course Duration

Course duration can vary depending on which level apprenticeship you choose. This Level 3 Apprenticeship lasts for 12 to 18 months.
