About the Project:
The City of Portsmouth is significantly under-represented in terms of state-educated students progressing to Russell Group Universities, including Oxbridge, and to other leading universities. The aim of the AFAE project is to provide a focused programme to increase ambition, aspiration and applications to the most prestigious universities in the UK. Through regular holiday and after-school sessions, we hope to help these talented students to grow in confidence, introducing them to essential skills and knowledge that will help them to achieve the best grades and stand strong in the competition for places on the most competitive courses at top universities.
